Larry Hyde & Sons Chardonnay

Never tried any of these before. Classic Cali Chard but really nice acidity to match.

Delicious. Bright, creamy, and minerally. Ginger, lemon zest, and apricot. A beautiful wine.

Drinking well and consistently good

Golden yellow color, slightly cloudy. Nose and taste of lemon sherbet that slowly changes to a delicious lemon cream taste. After breathing for a few hours it changes to more of a peach & butterscotch spice with oak and a little oil. It finishes with chard and mineral.

This absolutely exploded with pleasure with an hour’s decant.

It’s pretty good but not as good as the VU SL vineyard
