Lemons and limes on the palate, with delicate oak treatment. Such stature and grace with moderate acidity and minerality. At its peak now.

Feb 10th, 2023I’ll begin my note at the end… this is very enjoyable product. A warm caressing nose of baked bread and honeycomb transition to a lovely, delicate oak profile, combined with citrus fruits, as opposed to tropical notes. We tasted something new every time we sipped it.
