2021/3. See also the note in the Fourchaume - I recall this being the slightly softer of the two. — a year ago
Nose has cool chamomile tea, beeswax, lemon peel, Bartlett pear and white flowers.
Palate has lemon curd, lemon zest, warm pear slice, creamy oak notes but not over done, great acidity and moist chalk on the lengthy finish.
A very nice wine, notes from +3H open, more restrained aromas than the Blanchot. — a year ago

2021/3. Another new (to me) Chablis producer. I don’t have precise notes but remember liking this. The overall style seems clean and un-messed with, and I think it was a bit more structured than the Beauroy. — a year ago
2014 vintage. This historical estate with great terroir surrounded by famous neighbours like Angélus, Ausone, Pavie etc. is going from strength to strength after it was bought by Denise and Stephen Adams (also owners of Château L'Enclos in Pomerol and ADAMVS in Napa Valley). 2014 vintage. 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. Biodynamically farmed (since 2009, certification in 2020). Intriguing attractive nose with an amazing minerality, intertwined with cassis and a hint of truffle. In the mouth it is initially a bit severe, if classy. I would recommend decanting or taste it over several hours. After a few hours the fruit shines through compensating the tight tannic structure and the acidity. Built to age, I feel this will deserve a higher score in 5 or 6 years. It's a very classic restrained wine that definitely has an understated class. Nice value at under 50 euros if you like this style. — 2 years ago
Bright and fresh acid without any mouthwatering pucker. Only have the faintest hint of ammonia but definitely some crushed lemon and mineral flavors. Went deliciously well with blackfin tuna seared in sesame oil and rice wine vinegar. — 7 months ago
Nose has crushed flint, burnt match, lime zest, dry oak firewood, spiced apple, dried white flowers, dry chalk, warming beeswax and white pear.
Palate has salted orange slice, chamomile tea, tangerine peel, sliced almond, white mushroom, wet sandstone, perfect acidity with a beautiful finish. Decanted 1H.
This is a stunning wine with an acquired price ~$60; We definitely did not buy enough, this should have been a case buy! — a year ago
