Vignoble d'E Riesling 2015

Beautiful Riesling for a 90 degree evening outside by the water; just right tiny bit of sweetness; last pour two calcified sugar pellets tumbled out — 11 days ago

Domaine Leflaive

Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru Chardonnay 2015

From the Domaine Leflaive Montrachet, Burgundy France 🇫🇷 is 100% Chardonnay and has a gorgeous golden hue. The nose hits you with oak, vanilla, butter, honey and some sweet tropical fruit of pineapple 🍍, green apple 🍏, honey 🍯, white flowers, lemon rind 🍋 and some mineral notes (like flint and limstone). The palate was very creamy with flavours of melon 🍈, lemon 🍋, lime, apple and hints of tropical fruit too. The finish was smooth and long giving it some delightful complexity. 🤩 — a month ago

Pauillac Red Bordeaux Blend 2015

Out of a magnum. Not surprisingly this took ages to wake up after opening but around the 4 hour mark i really started enjyoing this. Would definately benefit from more time in the bottle — 15 days ago

The best vintage I had of this was 2010. Most of the rest presented underripe vegetal notes. Happy you found a good example.
