2010 vintage. Great acidity! Very crunchy, laser focused, angular and fresh. Very good young bottle. Lacks structure and a bit fuller body, like its older brithers, but is still very fun. You can't really go wrong with #pycm. — 9 years ago

Sun baked lemon, toasted sesame, light cap smoke, lime pith, lemon zest and dried sunflower. Tertiary smells of mown dry grasses and hibiscus. Fresh lemon juice soaked white gooseberry zaps the palate into salivation even as the gunpowder alights. Lime pith honestly reflects the nose and lemon oils persist. Puréed green mango, and chive butter droplet peer just detectable.

Phew.....3rd bottle of this vintage and each has been better than the last. This one was all stone and wet rock on the nose...this wine is wrapped tightly in its terroir. Love the the acidity here...it’s punchy & vibrant with great tension. Fruit plays a complimentary but minor, supporting role and is only coaxed out with a little time and air, never overshadowing that core of stony aromas. Good stuff.
