This stuff is awesome. For real. You could have told me this was some hip grower champagne, and I’d be like, “Cool. I like it.” It’s crazy that this stuff is from New Jersey. — 2 months ago
Yeasty, funky and fizzy (no joke have glasses at the ready). Probably not for everyone, but if you are looking to try something refreshing and new to the palette give this a try. — 22 days ago
19. Couldn’t resist returning to this as a consolation, now that we have been locked down again. Nose amazingly complex, dominated by toffee. Silken and so rich. Infinitely long. — 18 days ago

Excellent. Crisp but a little smoky. Really good. — 24 days ago
Very mineral nose with crushed rocks, gun powder and lemon and hay. Typical chablis nose. The palate is well done with a strong acid backbone, a nice matter with lemon shining all along, a good grip and a long finish with lemon and hay. We served it along with a raclette. Very nice pairing. — a month ago
