My favorite pairing at Talvo. Fruity, untannic wine with secondary characteristics as well. I like this wine far more than other reviewers, it seems! — 7 months ago

Dang, this is a good Chardonnay! White burg is one of my fave styles, and this certainly meets it. Floral, grassy nose. Green apple and preserved lemon peel. Pale, clear color. Crazy, focused mouth-watering acidity and dry, dry minerals. I haven’t had too many pure Swiss Chardonnays, but this is the alpine Graubünden style I like. Thanks @Lyle Fass — 3 months ago
I liked it but Scott didn’t — 7 months ago
This is your #riesling if you’re not a fan of the petrol / diesel notes, once this has had a chance to breathe a bit. While I don’t mind those, this is a nice alternative terroir expression - subtle floral and peach notes on nose. @Kurt Schuster is spot on with the crystalline descriptor. The palate is more about the luscious fruit texture backed by sturdy acidity and a touch of RS rather than a lot of complexity. Where else can you get #grandcru #alsaceriesling other than #costco for ~$18? — 2 years ago

So so dense. So tight. So coiled. So elegant. So concentrated. Structured. Checking in tomorrow. Nose is so floral, a day later. Very mineral and so expressive. Palate is enormously complex, chewy and dense. My goodness the density of this wine is just insane. It’s barely budged overnight. Fleshier, yes but also there still is more to come. Day 3 awaits. — 20 days ago
