My favorite pairing at Talvo. Fruity, untannic wine with secondary characteristics as well. I like this wine far more than other reviewers, it seems! — 5 months ago

Interesting blend of Tempranillo (61%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (39%). Beautiful copper/salmon color. Intense aromas of peaches, strawberry and rose petals. Same fruits on the lifted pallet with a bit of lemon zest and minerals. More heft and texture (little bit of tannin) than a Provence-style Rose’. — 3 years ago
Super tannic and long finish. Dark color, so much oak it has to be decanted — 5 months ago
KruppBros wine 2/4. Dark chocolate, wild berry and vanilla on the palate. Has a great mouthfeel. Sits on the tongue for quite a while before finishing with some mild spice. — 2 years ago

Dang, this is a good Chardonnay! White burg is one of my fave styles, and this certainly meets it. Floral, grassy nose. Green apple and preserved lemon peel. Pale, clear color. Crazy, focused mouth-watering acidity and dry, dry minerals. I haven’t had too many pure Swiss Chardonnays, but this is the alpine Graubünden style I like. Thanks @Lyle Fass — 2 months ago
