Great German Pinot. Bought at Amanti Vino in Morristown NJ. — 10 months ago
Really nice with spicy shrimp and soba noodles. It is sweet and easy drinking but not just a dessert wine. Eileen liked much — 4 years ago
Really enjoyed the taste with my dinners. Will definitely get more in the future — 5 years ago
Crisp, light, not too sweet. Perfect w/appetizers or a light dinner. — 7 years ago
Stunning. More precise and focused than Koberner. Tight, taut, backwards, lean and mineral. I like. Citrus, stone fruits, lemon candy, herbal, floral, very complex. Super mineral as well. Dry tree bark as all sorts of herbs and natural forest scents. It unfurls incredibly. Super aromatic and notable complexity. Palate is terrifically juicy and also very structured. So dense and complex with terrific structure and purity. What depth! Wow. Like a skyscraper in structure, but so skinny, nimble and clean. So pure and electric with nice richness on the finish. This is young and has so much going for it. Structure of a top GG. Unreal complexity and endless depth. I can’t wait to see where this ends up. — 7 years ago
I adore this vineyard and am so happy to be selling it. Until this bottling never had any except Knebel. Stunning nose. Full of lower model opulence and minerality plus the bruckstuck funk. Yellow fruits and flowers abound along with a striking herbal element. Unreal nose. Palate is dense and chewy but light as a feather with perfectly judged opulence. Amazing acidity and so complex. Balanced and extraordinarily long and textured. Stunningly purity and grip. Wow. — 8 years ago
Lemon and white flowers on the nose, a rich body with mild acid and honey sweetness. "This is a really good one.' Bob, connoisseur of Liebfraumilch. — 3 years ago

Honestly, this was the best wine I’ve ever tasted. I definitely have a sweet tooth. But it’s not Moscato sweet. And it went down really smooth. Love love love!! — 7 years ago
Probably my favorite Riesling! Fruity and crisp like an apple :) — 8 years ago
🌱 Champagne Bourgeois‑Diaz is a biodynamic grower‑producer in the Marne, crafting champagne with purity, intention, & zero makeup. Husband & wife team, Jérôme & Charlotte, work their vineyards in harmony with nature, while also taking a lower-intervention approach in the winery.
✨ In this way, each bottle gives voice to the growing environment surrounding their vines.
👁️ Beginning with a vibrant color in the glass, this wine offers a sense of vitality and verve. Glowing hints of gold might speak to a higher proportion of reserve wines in the blend or perhaps the influence of oak (50% oak, 50% stainless steel) in the winemaking process.
👃 The aromas and flavors remind me of apple crisp, quince paste, marzipan, toast, brioche, blanched almond, nougat, lemon curd, white peach, raspberry coulis, papaya skin, chalk, white blossom, wet stones, & oyster shell.
😋 On the palate, this wine is bone dry, with zero dosage, a steely acidity that builds tension with the creamy mousse & mouthfeel, a medium body, medium alcohol, followed by a long, elegant finish.

Vintage 2018 | what a difference a day makes… the weather… the food… the company… perhaps this is my last bottle, thought I needed to drink up… but today paired with a mussel potato salad this wine is vibrant… smell of lychees, citrus and some vanilla. Tastes well, juicy. So happy… my wife and I drank the bottle -except a glass that went with the mussels - all at once. — 10 months ago
Perfectly refreshing. The slightest tingle of bubbles and not too dry, with fruity undertones. — 4 years ago
