Deeper-toned nose than many Rieslings shows bitter-edged apple and intense slate. A relatively fleshy mouthfeel carries intense flavors of crushed stone and bitter apple skins. Acidity is soft. Finish is pretty lengthy. The bitterish character would make this shine with sweet shellfish like grilled shrimp or seared scallops .

Gorgeous nose of herbs, citrus, lemon, grapefruit, slate infused minerality. Lovely yellow fruits. Palate is ripe and tense with lovely mineral purity and freshness. Good texture and lovely grapefruit fruit. Nice acid spine and hint of the lower mosel creaminess but superbly mineral and wonderfully dry. Love this.

@Delectable Winninger hamm Nose is very mineral. Maybe some fleeting memory of green apple. Palate is green apple skins and intense minerals. Bought from Fass selections.
