Easy like a Sunday morning. Consistency of pasta water, quenched like fresh pear juice with a little honeysuckle tenderness. Could drink all day or all night and then all day again, no judgement here. Because after two glasses, that’s kinda what I wanna do. On the Mediterranean. With a James Bond looking boat. And some Dickey Greenleaf fashion.

Oldie but a goodie. Still zippy, still tart, still sends me into a dizzy. Great way to enjoy a Sunday dinner — a year ago

Rustic, carbonic, juicy gamay. This is a real countryside of a Beaujolais wine. No pretension about it. Very approachable. Apparently it goes thru carbonic maceration in an amphora, and that just sounds like a fun time. Tastes like it too — a year ago
