A luscious Vino Nobile the all the merits attributed by the proclaimed experts…big flavor dark berries smooth balanced soft tannins and the famous yada yada yada of the merely opinionated wine aficionado/drinker. Drink again! — 6 days ago
Super funky. Bright, almost unripe apricot. Smooth tingly finish. — 2 months ago
Great quality for the price. Excellent for simple meals at home. Tannins are noticeable but overall a very gentle and enjoyable wine. — 22 days ago
Beautiful easy table wine. Robust dry cherry flavor, great with pizza. — a month ago
Very good flavor — a month ago
Dark ruby color that lightens slightly on the rim. Heady aromas of dark cherry, violets, dried herbs and balsam wood. Tertiary flavors of earth and tobacco are on the front of the pallet with some dark cherry in the background. Lots of acidity. — a month ago
NOSE: blackberry and blueberry - juicy and fresh. Mild baking spice. Smells simple but inviting.
TASTE: quite pleasant. Soft (but not too soft - enough tannin and heft and nice acidity to balance), fruity (dark berries as the nose). Finishes with cherry and a little woody tannin, but still silky, Perfect example of simple, approachable wine done very well - no off tastes whatever. This is enjoyable and a good deal for the $13 I paid, in my opinion. 90. — a month ago
