Great sparkling, with depth and complexity, could me mistaken for "C". — 9 years ago
Champagne method and blend - 49% Chardonnay, 31% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier. Lifted aromas of almond cake, biscotti, and sea shell. More non fruit than fruit with a almond kringle feel the palate. Lemon zest to finish. Soft and round with loads of acid. Well done. — 4 years ago

Initial scrumpy vibe, slowly mellows into nirvana by the second glass — 7 years ago
Not at Oliver Cromwell but close at our friends Chris & Andy.
Excellent sparkling English wine. Long on back, vintage style flavours.

I'm not a sparkling wine fan but this was delicious. Blanc de Blanc. — 3 years ago
Just delicious! I’ve had great luck w/Savoie wines and this was no different: pours extremely dark, inky, opaque, brooding taking its time to unfurl black & red fruit w/depth, earthy w/a hi tone note along with licorice and forest floor. Big mouth filling broad across palate, gobs of fruit but all fit into sturdy tannic frame. Well cut - a Country Squire — 4 years ago
English bubbles. Strawberries and cream! Underripe strawberries, creamy strawberry spread on the nose. Chalky. Pink lady/Fuji Apple type crisp on the palate. Strawberry short bread finish. Very solid. Nice wine, @Mark Flesher . — 7 years ago
Very surprising but excellent!
Crispy, fruity, still mineral — 8 years ago
First dance with British bubbles, not Champagne but pretty damn close. Very good structure and acid. Over priced when you compare it to NV Champs. But The region is now on my radar and I am looking forward to things to come. — 9 years ago
