2006 vintage. 426 cases produced, 3rd vintage from Jonata. Good fill and excellent (if slightly dry) cork. Decanted with little sed and tasted after 2.25 hours. Whiffable, earthy nose. Light-medium body. Tremendous, dark cherry concentration flavor-wise. A token offering of richness perceived just behind the front teeth on the roof of the mouth/palate. Instructive. 7.6.24. — 9 months ago
Beautiful stuff, bright red fruit — 3 years ago
Dry farmed! Color of blood. Or a bruised plum. Smells like Spanish red. Wood shavings. Berry-cherry pies. Menthol. Flavors are dense and on point. Plenty of woodsy stuff in the mouth too. Just a little fennel. Black cherries. Tannins are tongue drying and pleasant. Hint of licking a sharpened pencil tip perhaps. This is classic Rioja with all the trimmings. — 3 months ago

Delicious, fruity, toasty, saline. — 3 years ago
Slight fruity smell and a great taste, not sweet but not dry. In my opinion a well balanced red wine to accompany any moment. — 8 months ago
Fruit forward. Dry finish. Would drink again. Purchased at Morel in Milwaukee. — 3 years ago

Sharp aromas of flowers, pine and pineapple makes this distinctive Albariño from a single vineyard by the Rias Baixas region in Galicia, Spain to differentiate from others. Falls on the dry side and does not have a lingering long finish. A perfect companion on any seafood pairing. — 2 months ago
