Shea Wine Cellars

Bergström Wines

Shea Vineyard Pinot Noir 2014

Family-owned and operated artisan producer of wine, began in 1999 by John and Karen Bergstrom. Very deep red for an OR Pinot. Nice bouquet of berry fruit and floral notes. On the palate strawberry and raspberry flavors with cinnamon & earthy black tea tones. Fine rich tannins, lingering finish bring around fruit and mineral tones. — 19 days ago

00 Wines

Shea Pinot Noir 2015

Gorgeous perfume and sexy red fruit on the palate. This is a lovely wine from the ripe ‘15 vintage. The first to pick Shea fruit this year, 00 has produced a beautifully balanced wine at only 12.8% alcohol. — 16 days ago

Sine Qua Non

No. 6 Shea Vineyard Pinot Noir 2001

I’m an unabashed SQN fan and I believe I enjoyed this more than most, although I will concede that Manfred’s magic touch isn’t as evident in his PN as it is in his other varietal productions. This was a (yes of course) big Pinot Noir with gritty tannins, underbrush, kirsch, dark cherry and a thicker than expected mouthfeel. Still showing young. Thank you @Steve Anderson — 2 months ago

Too bad they spell the vineyard the wrong way 😎

My least favorite thing Manfred does. Haven’t had one of his PN in sometime.
