This is a delicious Chardonnay from Napa Valley. Nicely balanced, complex and engaging. Tangy, soft and interesting. Feels like an upscale White Burgundy.

This Single Vineyard Chardonnay is still young, but already drinking beautifully, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years. Showing good potential to become a 94+ point wine.

Good right out of the bottle, and better when not too cold.

100% Chardonnay grapes were aged in (20% new) French oak barrels for 20 months.

Medium ruby with quite wide watery ruby rim . Aromatic on the nose with raspberry , rose , spiced orange peel and black cherry . On the palate this is well balanced and quite elegant in style , fresh acidity and suave fine tannins , balanced alcohol . Lots of fresh fruits , strawberry, raspberry and dark cherry , with some spice and chalky minerality. Decent dark cherry tinged finish .
