Spectacular Sauvignon Blanc tried in Oaxaca de Juárez, MX. Loved it so much bought 2 bottles when we got home. Dry but complex, wonderful full flavor but not overwhelming. — a year ago
Muted, understated nose of nectarines and pears, with a hint of caramel (which we suspect is age related).
Palate has the signature Bacigalupi presentation. Multi-layered with bright peach and fire-roasted fruits. Medium density and moderate sweetness make this a wonderful white burg clone.

Found this 13 for $75.00, definitely closed down on P&P needs a couple more years at least not to mention a big decant. Probably the tightest one I’ve had.Crowd pleaser.
Finally at a resto in Cabos with a deep wine list. This was what we could afford. Mx is nosebleed central!
