Superb with Foie gras. No rush to consume this at all. — 2 months ago
H & I don’t regularly drink a Rosé as we prefer drier wines; however as recommended by our neighborhood Liquor store we found it quite good - not as ‘sweet’ as some Rosé wines- and we enjoyed it ‘at home’ with my Chicken Parmesan & eggplant Parmesan — 5 months ago
Blend of 81% Cabernet Sauvignon & 19% Merlot, aged in new oak. Deep Ruby color with aromas of ripe berry fruits and floral and earthy spice notes. On the palate flavors of blueberry, cherry and blackberry with licorice, tobacco and toasty oak notes. Long rich finish on soft juicy tannins, drinking well and still has room to age. Very Nice! — 5 hours ago

I did not buy enough of this yesterday. Crushed smooth red fruit that ends with bubble gum. Have always loved the wines that Thibault makes so I am probably biased. — 21 days ago
