2014 vintage. Decanted and tasted 30 mins and an hour post-decant. Yellow Chartreuse color. Beautiful vanilla/cinnamon Jeffrey pine at dawn nose. That flowed over into the flavors along with substantial mineral components. Showing great. Very enjoyable. 1.12.24. — 4 months ago

Drinking fantastic now. Medium to light body with nice balance of alcohol and acidity to be refreshing on a warm day. Red berries, light tobacco and a bit of leather hunting fall is near. This is really nice — 7 months ago
