Nebbiolo Rosato
Elatis blends nebbiolo, pelaverga, & barbera
DAY1
Served with Vinloq System
👁Crystal clear: pink and light orange
👃Citrus. Bright & fresh
👅Elegant. Grapefruit, strawberry, chalky minerality with light smoke. Concentrated by rosé standards. Crisp finish with mod+ length
Stored Vinloq Preserved wine in fridge
DAY5
Rosés are very transparent and fragile so oxidation quickly diminishes the fun. No oxidation here. Just as outstanding as DAY1 with no loss of fruit or oxidative notes
Elatis is beautifully executed and an outstanding value👍 — 3 years ago
Fresh orchard smells.
Blackberry, black raspberry purée, hints of thyme and oregano. Extremely clean and very well made medium bodied wine with slight tannins - think pomegranate seed tannin - and delicious Alexander the grape acidity.
Lovely wine for a mod week tipple.

Ripe dark cherry fruit, moving towards slightly dried, smoky/spicy 4EG character, woodsmoke, smoked meat, sanguine, peppercorn, roasted herbs, salt and granite. Mod body, firm and chiseled despite the vintage warmth, lovely and traditional Côte Rôtie. — 4 years ago
Beautiful nose of apple and citrus. Carmel apple on the palate. Not the longest finish, but very good. — 4 years ago
Lots to unpack here: deep fruit, earth and spice. Lovely texture, mod tannins and plenty of show over a couple of days without any fade! — 4 years ago
