2009 vintage. Great fruit on the nose - mulberry, cranberry, stewed cherries. Very youthful, bar a tad of tan leather. Cinnamon and smoke, white pepper. On the palate, dry but with a slight sweet after taste from the primary fruit. Medium plus acidity. Medium plus body and finish. Medium tannin - integrated. Lovely wine with food but don't open for another 5+ years.

Fresh and vibrant, sappy extract, but not sweet at all. Many years ahead of this baby

Lacked the finesse and excitement I found in the 2008. Very floral with an attractive nose. #coterotie #cluselroch

Nice but not great. Relatively approachable but needs time.

Hints of dark fruit and coffee beans on the nose opens to a pallet of dark fruit, wood, and delectable tannin. Paired well with veal chops.

This had a touch of animal when first opened, but it blew off. Nice balance between richness and acid. Not as lively as some CRs I've had, but solid.
