Out at my fav Italian restaurant and failing at ordering apropos Italian wine. Bramble, cocoa, cedar accentuate this inappropriately paired Bordeaux blend. A bit of an heated nose can deceive as compared to the smoothly honed palette. — 7 months ago
Super yummy fig, bramble, and farmyard deliciousness! Don’t overthink! — a year ago

Lovely and bright sumptuous bramble-cherry delight. Minimal tannins, yet lingers luxuriously on the tongue. Pungent fruity nose with an alcohol overtone.

I found that this wines’s deep musky barnyard scents/taste overwhelmed its refined plum, golden raisin, and fig pallet. Maybe 16 years in the bottle was too long? Probably for me, but maybe not for you. Worth a spin. — a year ago

A lovely Pouilly-Fumé, having a fine floral nose followed by pallet of limestone rocks tumbled in dried fruit and pressed mountain wildfires. Super long acidic finish with hint of smoke. Conclusion: Oh Yeah! — a year ago
