Popped and poured; enjoyed with a selection of cheeses. The 2007 pours a deep amber color with a transparent core; medium+ viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with unctuous notes of dried apricot, honey, and candied nuts. On the palate, the wine is sweet with medium+ acid.
