Popped and poured. The 2020 BdN is actually 90% Pinot Noir with Chardonnay making up the balance. It’s predominately red fruited with red plums and bright, tart raspberries along with some lemon citrus too. Loads of minerals. The acid is impressive. It sort of became edgy as it warmed but this is a refreshing aperitif. — 6 months ago
