Chenin blanc and gruner blender. Delicious, funky, tart — 6 months ago
Great value. Light biscuit and some pear flavors. Really enjoyed it. — 18 days ago
Jack and Jamie Davies revived the historic vineyards and cellars in 1965, with a goal to produce world-class sparkling wines, passing torch to their son Hugh. A blend of mostly Pinot Noir and <20% Chardonnay (blend varies each year) with stone and berry fruit aromas and earthy spice. On the palate the light mousse shows raspberry, peach and mango flavors with nutty biscuit and slight baking spice notes. Long finish, lively acidity ending with citrus and yeasty tones. — 2 months ago

Sonoma Valley Sparkling project of this exceptional Champagne House. 96% Chardonnay and 4% Pinot Noir. Bright golden color. Aromas and flavors of ripe apples, apricots, pears, white flowers, marzipan, lemon zest and a nice hint of pastry dough. Quite fruit forward with a very soft texture. A fine and consistent bead of bubbles. Quite the crowd pleaser. Outstanding value for this quality. — 14 days ago
