Medium ruby in color; blackberries, plums, and graphite on the nose; high acidity; high tannins; tastes like cherries, dried figs, and wet slate with a long finish. Nellie, Lizzy, and I like it. — a month ago
Clean, crisp, alpine, a bit of menthol. — 2 months ago
My first Mexican wine. Dry, dark, but light bodied. — 11 days ago
Dark ruby coloration. On the nose, dark cherry , ripe plum, vanilla, forest floor, oak, leather, truffle, spice, chocolate. On the palate, full bodied and elegant. Complex with an Extensive finish. Cherry, dark berry, vanilla, balsamic, spice, oak, gravel/minerals/forest floor then chocolate takes over. Long finish. — 23 days ago
Chocolatey, meaty, soft tannins. The pizza of wines - nothing bad about that. — 22 days ago
Deep, Rich, and elegant. The wine actually feels more viscous than normal, and it’s just heavily perfumed and flavored and thick in your mouth. It absolutely feels like chewing on a handful of fresh blue and red fruit mixed together. Perfume of violet and Queen Anne roses, as it faded over time it actually became a much more elegant and approachable wine. Absolutely delicious. — 2 months ago
