1 hour decant(some fine/cloudy sediment). A striking still dark purplish magenta color. On the nose: Intoxicating notes of stewed dark fruit, floral, potting soil, cinnamon, mint, coffee grounds. Taste: silky, balanced, savory, creamy, juicy wine with dried blackberry, currants, dark chocolate, earth, mocha, crushed stone, and a peppery graphite long finish. YUM! Somewhere in its peaked drinking window so drink em if you got em. Unfortunately, my last bottle.

A dark crimson purple. Nose - blackberry floral, crushed rocks, vanilla spice and floating scents of metallic and eucalyptus. Taste - bold blackberry-cherry sits nicely on the pallet absorbing it’s rich creamy flavor. It’s fresh flavors also linger with hints of licorice, vanilla cream, cedar and tar. Tannins are well integrated with a medium plus raspberry subtle smoke minty finish. A delight to end the week!

Double decant(cloudy sediment). A mind-blowing deep dark purple. On the nose: black fruit, big crushed rocks, floral, very minerally, vanilla. Taste: black cherry, tar, mint, ending with raspberry coffee, tannins have sweetened but still there for the longer haul...nice structure, no hurry on my other 4 bottles.
