Lovely wine. Sad it was my last bottle of the 16s. Lovely fruit, great minerality, drinking so well now. I’d give it a taste on the open, then let it sit for an hour and then really enjoy it. It needs an hour decant and it just sings. Go ahead and open it up, ya drinking wonderful! — 8 days ago

Out of the gate the nose is a bit muted, but wow what a taste! Ripe black, blue, and dark red fruit. Baking spices, milk chocolate, strong minerality. Velvety tannins and perfect balanced. All this right upon opening! Long full finish. — a month ago

My last bottle, haven’t tasted since 2020. At 9 years old the 2015 is drinking really well and prob at its best. An hour decant, ripe red and black fruit, softened yet slightly grippy tannins. A bit green though, surprisingly? Nevertheless a big Napa wine, but not exuberant, it just feels right. Really enjoyable. Brief finish though. — a day ago

Second bottle, about a year and a half after first. Much more approachable on open but still deserves a nice decant. Dark red fruit, some crème de cassis coming through, red licorice, dark chocolate. Tannins are velvety, great mouthfeel. Higher alcohol is well hidden. Nice long finish. — a month ago
