Nice holiday bubbly!! Founded in 1982, Roederer Estate adds oak-aged reserve wines to all their blends to create complex, dry and harmonious sparkling wines. First Brut California sparkling produced by Champagne Louis Roederer. Pale lemon straw, nice mousse and bubbles for this 60% Chardonnay & 40% Pinot Noir blend. Flavors of crisp Apples with creamy mineral tones, nice balance with acidity. Long finish ending with oak, lemon and nutty characteristics. Consistent. Very nice! — 20 days ago
Lemon, brioche, and hints of mineral and soursop show on the nose, carrying over to the palate. It shows nice acidity on the attack, then takes on weight with a little nuttiness through the middle before concluding with a pleasantly tart finish. — 10 days ago
Light citrus and lemon and with crisp acidity and a touch of pear. — 24 days ago

Very light salmon in color.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.
Very dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing raspberries, limes, citrus, green apples, yeast, brioche, spices and minerals.
Still very young and needs 10 years in the bottle to mature properly. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 25 years.
A blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay.
12% alcohol by volume.
91 points.

Great bottle, a bit on the oxidative side but very complex and long, we liked it a great deal. — 7 days ago
