This bottle was smoking incredible richness complexity and length. Impressive! — 5 months ago
Magnum pour decanted was my favorite. Really hits with a punch of acid off the bat - pomelo, green citrus, hint of mushroom. Very fine bubbles, cinnamon roll glaze creaminess. Non-decanted version was more bitter, more grapefruit zest and pith. 70% pinot noir, 30% chardonnay - though the color was quite light and leaned straw with just a hint of pink. — 6 months ago
Creamy, nuts, brioche. mineral. Citrus. Green apple. Pear. Fruity. Small bubbles. Elegancy and Fineness with creamy that is different from Louis ROEDERER. QUARTET ANDERSON VALLEY BRUT ROEDERER ESTATE @5500, Enoteca, 250215-250419 — a year ago
@Delectable Wine : This is Domaine Les Monts Fournois’s Vallée 75 Mois de Cave - Premier Cru NV de Luxe. I didn’t see it in the database.
From winemaker Juliette Alips (Louis Latour, GD Vajra, Louis Roederer), cousin of the Bereche brothers (who are helping consult).
I love any and all things by Bereche, so when this new producer became available to try, I bought this as well as the vintage Grand Cru Cramant (which I posted a month or two ago).
As the name suggests, this receives 75 months on the lees. Base 2015, disgorged Sept ‘22. Blend of Pinot Noir (70%), Chardonnay (20%), and Pinot Meunier (10%). What I enjoyed about this over the Cramant was how Bereche-like it was. Powerful, beautifully ripe, textural as expected from the extended lees contact. Spiced golden apple, Mirabelle, layers of ripe and exotic yellow fruit before channeling the darker red berry fruit. Kiss of toast and sea spray at the finish. Wears its 5.5g/l dosage really well. I enjoyed this quite a bit. 93+ — 3 years ago
My parents have arrived for Christmas and naturally they had to pick a little something up duty free on the way 🍾🍾
Champagne Deutz is formerly known as Deutz Geldermann. The champagne house is in the Aÿ region of Champagne and was founded in 1838. It’s owned by the Rouzaud family, who also own Louis Roederer Champagne.
We definitely enjoyed this Deutz Brut Classic from its pale white gold shade in the glass to the vibrant sherbet, citrus peel, lemongrass and brioche notes on the nose. Wonderfully dry and moreish on the palate. I’d definitely drink it again!

Nose is racy, deep citrus, orange zest, hint of Tang! Dusty pastry and frosting with cinnamon sprinkles. What a nose, showing better on day 2! Rich and deep, great balance, but still a little tight. Pleasant bitterness and grip that pushes this into serious rosé territory. — 3 months ago
Founded in 1982, Roederer Estate adds oak-aged reserve wines to all their blends to create complex, dry and harmonious sparkling wines. First Brut California sparkling produced by Champagne Louis Roederer. Pale lemon straw, nice mousse and bubbles for this 60% Chardonnay & 40% Pinot Noir blend. Flavors of crisp Apples with creamy mineral tones, nice balance with acidity. Long finish ending with oak, lemon and nutty characteristics. Consistent. Very nice! — 4 months ago
Light gold color, more citrusy character with bready notes, lighter in body than Bolli, with more pronounced toast notes — 6 months ago
Reddish salmon pink. Cherry but not so sweet, dry. Rich instead. With spices. Rich is a key different from Louis Roederer rose @, AD, 240622 — 2 years ago

Lemon yellow. Fine bubbles. Elegant aroma with something in the deep area. Creamy. Aged flavor. Changed a lot. Dried brioche came out later and quite impressive. Louis Roederer Cristal 12 @9750, wine plus - vic, 260510 — a month ago
Light golden in color.
Strong nose of apples, citrus, pears, yeast, spices, light marzipan, brioche, minerals and white pepper.
Medium plus in body with medium sized bubbles, and medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with red and green apples, citrus, lemons, yeast, sea salt, limes, light earth, herbs and spices.
Long finish with limes and light marzipan notes.
This is a delicious Champagne. Fruit forward, elegant and complex. Nicely balanced and easy drinking.
Good right out of the bottle, spicy and entertaining.
Good by itself as a sipping wine.
A blend of 42% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 18% Pinot Meunier. Mostly from the 2018 vintage, with 30% from older vintages. Drank from a Magnum.
12.5% alcohol by volume.
92 points.
