First Brut California sparkling produced by Champagne Louis Roederer. Pale lemon straw, nice mousse and bubbles for this 60% Chardonnay & 40% Pinot Noir blend. Very light salmon in color.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.

Very dry on the palate with nice complexity.

Showing raspberries, limes, citrus, green apples, yeast, brioche, spices and minerals.

Still very young and needs 10 years in the bottle to mature properly. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.

Will continue to age nicely in the next 25 years.

A blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay.

12% alcohol by volume.
