At the Louis Roederer dinner at the Downs Club on Friday night. I’ve always thought the Charles Heidsieck was my favourite NV but this might be a new contender. 54% 2019 vintage; 36% from the Perpetual Reserve and 10% from previous years and young plots on the Cristal estate. Fresh with interest with complexity building.
