This wine is almost clear in the glass. The bubbles come up quickly and disappear soon, too. The nose is yeasty and earthy, with a big mineral aspect. The palate shows Meyer lemon, zest, and that yeasty note. — 3 months ago
2022 vintage. Quick out of the blocks and already showing beautifully. That Chassagne marriage of acidity and oak…okay…there’s a bit of fruit lurking about but neither seems to mind. This is excellent. 05.15.25. — 6 months ago
