Sierra Nevada Brewing Company

Hop Bullet Double IPA

Rose-gold belly with snowy top. Foggy lacing turns ocean plant silhouettes. Sweet nose of marmalades, lemon and orange. Red grapefruit, orange bread, candied orange peel; tropical notes of pineapple and banana. Lemon merengue. Big resinous punch of dry, crystalline hops dusting white grapefruit, sharp white pepper, lemon pith, lime juice and just enough clementine to sparkle with glints of sunshine. β€” a month ago

Gros Plant Du Pays Nantais Folle Blanche 11 2018

A unique gem from the Loire Valley in France. Produced from the rather rare Folle Blanche grape. This wine presents wonderful fruit aromas, a smooth lush mouth feel, a hint of green apple finishing with a slight effervescences. A pleasant surprise that begs for more notice. Cheers 🍷 β€” 2 months ago

Bass Phillip

Premium Gippsland Pinot Noir 2009

Wonderful earthy perfume of red fruits, rose petals, mushroom, decayed plant matter, sous bois. Aromas that you go back to time and time again - intoxicating. Medium bodied palate with resolved Tannins, M minus acid and M plus length. Really should not have a Bass Phillip Premium under 10 years of age. 2009 was a good year for BP so Phillip Jones said at the time, but they would have had vintages since which equal or slightly better this. One of Australia’s best Pinot Noirs. β€” 8 days ago
