Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a couple hours. The NV Brut pours a straw color with persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of stone fruits, raspberry, lemon curd, freshly baked brioche and chalky, limestone minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ and the texture is creamy. Very easy to enjoy. Drink now. — 4 days ago

It’s absolutely as stunning as hoped—rich and powerful with crazy depth to its layers with a deep, complex core of caramelized orchard fruit, roasted nuts, old rum barrels and candied white flowers, all with seamless integration. Fruit sourced from 3 parcels located in terroir of Les Chetillons at Le Mesnil sur Oger, 100% Chardonnay. Pale golden lemon color with frothy mousse and lively bead of bubbles. A nose of fresh fruit with yeast, nutty notes and floral scents. On the palate flavors of peach, apricot and lemon citrus flavors, floral with biscuit tones.
