Vintage 2015 | brown rim, cedar, laurel, flint. It was three years ago I tasted this terra vitis Languedoc wine and I took all my bottles from the cellar upstairs. Good premonition, the wine is à point. Good taste, easy now without tannins, a bit sultry. Perhaps the wine was more interesting when young, because it had more tension. Lovely though. Paired with spaghetti tunafish. | second day +0,2 air makes it more rounded and completes the sultryness — a year ago

Adrian had the 2014 on Feb. 6, 2021. Very good after breathing a bit. — 5 years ago
Vintage 2014 This wine is very accessible and a great joy to drink. Cedar in smell, also laurel and pencil shaving. Very civilized. No tannins whatsoever, but red fruit. Velvety structure. Well made. With this kind of wines it is easy to let others ripen in the cellar. — 7 years ago
Dark fruits, earth, and leather. Creamy mid-palate with rich tannins. — 4 months ago
Shows a little of the bell pepper aromas that I often found in older Sonoma Cabs, but nicely balanced fruit that is still quite youthful, tannins have mostly receded, drinking quite well tonight, bravo Patrick for making this gem!! — 3 years ago
Please add this wine Delectalittle. — 6 years ago
Vintage 2014 / I wanted a classic French wine in honour of Bastille Day. Decanted two hours in advance.. Developed very well in the last 24 months. Classic smell with laurel, chocolate, forrestwood. Well balanced taste. If the vintner can make such a good wine in’14 how will the wine taste from a great year? Interesting domaine in Graves to follow. / Paired with a Boeuf Brochette and cheeses. — 7 years ago
What a great producer. Lovely hint of coco and blackberry. One of my favorite from Oregon. — 7 years ago
