Vintage 2014 | from magnum | a good forward year, tasted half a glass after 48 hours aeration and it still makes me happy. Plums and fruit in smell, good concentration. Fine wine.

Vintage 2014 This wine is very accessible and a great joy to drink. Cedar in smell, also laurel and pencil shaving. Very civilized. No tannins whatsoever, but red fruit. Velvety structure. Well made. With this kind of wines it is easy to let others ripen in the cellar.

Low fruit, mineral. Nice structure. Aroma of Earth, blackberry, spice.

This is a lovely 2nd label and shouts out Pessac-Léognan. A terrific house red. Steak...fries...salad. Done! (Given that the wine is Michel Rolland influenced--and a whopping 60% merlot blend--I was surprised I enjoyed it as much as I did.)

Like it. Like it a lot. About as happy likable a second label can be. Not always the case with Seconds. (Note to self: with a few more in the cellar…Drink Up.)
