Excellent Champagne. One of the best rosés I’ve tried. Very crisp, but some nice fruity notes showing through. — 5 years ago

Yeast nuts acidic juicy citrus acidity rich. Juicy means meaning of concentration. Perineal Puenne Ex-Brut Blanc de Blancs, Cramant Grand Cru @2300/G Rempar,250703 — 9 months ago
2022/9/22-23. 2008-11 base, degorged Dec. 2020, dosage 6.6 g/l. I think this was my first time with this producer and wine. It started a touch hard but with some air revealed lots of tasty lemon, chalk and butter. I was surprised to see how many years this was on the lees - it didn’t seem so deep at first, but it’s a grower. — 4 years ago
