2022/9/22-23. 2008-11 base, degorged Dec. 2020, dosage 6.6 g/l. I think this was my first time with this producer and wine. It started a touch hard but with some air revealed lots of tasty lemon, chalk and butter. I was surprised to see how many years this was on the lees - it didn’t seem so deep at first, but it’s a grower.
