Medium ruby , violet ruby rim . Lively and freshly fruited , wild strawberry , red plum , spiced cherry . On the palate more of the spiced cherry , red plum and raspberry notes . Light herbal touch . Quite fresh acidity and slightly gritty tannins . Red cherry , herbal medium length finish . This is showing well but will probably age quite well over the next 5-8 years . Not your run a the mill AR Malbec. The fruit is subtle, acidity is pronounced, body is full, and the finish is long and savory. The Patagonian cool climate really dials down the alcohol and allows for balance on all else. The finish is impressive: meaty, chocolaty, slight tannic, with dark fruit remains. — 7 months ago
