What an excellent wine and for me a bit different in that the taste outdid the nose as the nose is the big tell for me. Anyway, the nose had some deep red friuits and a bit of cola. The taste was fruity sweet, in a great way, with deep dark fruits and just so enjoyable drinking it. The finish was long and very satisfying. On the palate flavors of strawberry and cherry with tobacco, oak, tea, cola and herb floral notes. Well balanced, savory fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit and an oaky earthy character.
