This is an easy wine to love. Rich and complex, with layers of flavor. Open it up at least an hour before drinking, and if you can hold on to it for five years before drinking all the better. We had it with a bourginonne style beef stew and it was marvelous. — 2 years ago
The last vintage from the master Gerard Potel and what a lovely bottle it was. Fresh, elegant, floral and perfectly mature, though with plenty of life left, and the perfect balance of tertiary expression and fruit purity. Pousse d’or with age rarely disappoints. — 3 years ago

Fully expected this to be great. Fully correct. — 7 months ago
More residual sugar than I expected, and also quite a bit of wood… cedar/oak. Blind tasted it and confused it with a California Chardonnay… — 3 years ago

2016 vintage. Decanted and tasted after one hour. Orange peel and spice rack nose was the best part. Coppery/metallic, dirty, lean and slightly thin on a punchy finish. Not improving. 04.11.25. — 2 days ago
