This Meursault is radiant and expressive in the stellar ‘22 vintage. Aromas of yellow peach, baked apple, and a hint of hazelnut. Broad palate with creamy texture balanced by a fresh, citric line. Good depth and long finish. A charming Meursault with finesse. — 5 months ago

On pop-n-pour, the nose is intensely minerally, showing medium-toned freshly-cracked stone, along with almost pungent purply-mountain berry fruitiness. A musky, feral note in there too. Chiseled and structured in the mouth. It’s full-bodied, with a fair amount of chalky tannin present. Very much on the minerally side, flavorwise. I like it but this is unlike any other Sancerre Rouge I’ve ever had. I’m pretty certain I would not be able to identify this as a Sancerre Rouge (or a Pinot Noir of any sort) if it had been served blind. — 9 months ago

Very citrus driven. Eureka lemon. Jasmine nose - some in the glass. Pretty. Hint burned hazelnuts. Classic. Lots of acid. However there is not really anything in this wine which leads me to - oha have not had this before!!Good but not a must have and at 85$ is too expensive. Awesome stuff. Oxidative notes, stone fruit skins, on first contact. Basically some kind of fruity bitterness/nuttiness to start. Backed by tropical notes of pineapple and good citrus! Fun amount of acid it give it energy!! Just a really good drink. — a month ago
