I like it better than the already fantastic 2016. Melon fruit, saltiness and vanilla makes a very interesting combination. Not your everyday wine. — 14 days ago
Deep Ruby (more red compared to it's older brother reviewed tonight). Barnyard funk on the nose. Soil and greenery. Obvious wood still present. Alcohol feels hotter, medium plus acidity, medium plus bodied. Firm tannins. This too will get better over time, but probably not much given the absence of fruit (as opposed to still present red berries in the Especial Vinyes Velles). Very Good.

100% Garnacha blanca from a single plot in Gandesa, planted in the 1990s in panal (fossilized sand dunes) soils. Fermented in clay amphorae with indigenous yeasts and short skin maceration - just 5 days, as opposed to the estate’s other “brisat” wines, which macerate with their skins for 1-4 months. Aged in clay amphorae for 6 months. Aromas of tangerine, apple, white flowers and some herbal notes. Fresh, elegant, balanced. Good acidity. Long finish, with slightly bitter notes. — 18 days ago
May, 7, 2021. 50% Cabernet, 20% Carmenere,20% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Franc. Full bodied, yummy. BlackBerry, black cherry, with a little chocolate, spice and smoke. LB Aug 2020 marathon would definitely get again — 7 days ago
Un tinto equilibrado y elegante con un balance exquisito de fruta y madera y que pese a su complejidad conserva toda la frescura de la fruta — 20 days ago
