Excellent Shiraz from Australia — a month ago
Presented double-blind. The wine appears a straw color; medium viscosity with no signs of sediment. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of orchard fruit: apples, lemon curd, nuts and lees. Lavishly oaked. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and lovely. I called Chardonnay from the United States, California, Napa Valley 2019. So close! Drink now through 2029. — 14 hours ago
Clear lemon color. Notes of pear, white flowers, green apple, and honey on the nose. The palate shows citrus, lime, and mineral with tangy acidity. Dry and vibrant but needs more time to open up.

3.3. We don’t usually drink Riesling, but this dry Riesling from Australia was a gift from a friend, and we very much enjoyed it with cheese and crackers before dinner. — 2 months ago

Pale lemon in color. Aromas of peach, apricot, honeysuckle, lemon, and minerals. The palate is creamy yet refreshing, with notes of butter, vanilla, and ginger. Full bodied with a long finish. Gets better as it opens up.
