Toujours aussi bon la cuvée 2019 ! Qualité-prix exceptionnel. Corsé sans trop, pas sucré. Bel équilibre. — 13 days ago
Aromatic with ripe stone fruits, underripe high acidic tropical fruits such as starfruit and passion fruit, light touch of limestone, and petrol. The firm spine of acidity stand up nicely to the Sichuan hotpot while the broad lush palate provides calming effect. Dry but very nice hint of sweetness. — 12 days ago
Clean grenache science wine.
No terrois.
But, good wine. — 4 days ago
Big change from ’15 vintage; ’16 a blend of 95% Cab Sauv, 4% Merlot & 1% Carmenere, whereas ’15 was almost 50% Carmenere. Now wine certified organic & biodynamic, aged for 7 months in new French oak, then transferred 23% in new French oak, 49% 2-year old oak, remainder in oak vats, total of 23 months of aging. Aromas of nice dark berry fruit aromas, some nutty & peppery spice. Palate has array of berry flavors, licorice, cedar & herb pepper. Tannins starting to soften long finish ending with fruit & spice. — a month ago
Lime zest, peach, grapefruit, green apple, and a hint of ginger. Zesty and fresh, with a hint of minerality on the finish. Light, w hint of roundness on the mid-palate. Despite lightness, worked quite well w roasted chicken and roasted butternut squash. (Sample) — 13 days ago
This 2013 is gorgeous and showing a perfect balance. Bright acidity couple with a rich apricot and peach. Chamomile and honey, held together within a mineral lattice. — 21 days ago

Picked this up at a little wine shop in Antibes a couple of years ago. After discussing and tasting Pappy and wines with the owner I ended up with this Marc and few other after dinner treats he suggested which I very much enjoy. — a month ago
