2023 vintage. Screw cap. Trader Joe’s selection. Have picked up a few bottles of this every year over the last decade just to have as haus wine-esp during the holidaze. This is the best vintage I’ve had. Structure. Fruit. Accessibility. It has rolled at $7.99 a bottle as long as I can remember. Smells like seawater and raw egg — saline!

Light, crisp, lemon, seawater. A little bread crust on the back end if you look for it. Good and elegant — but tastes more like a good cremant than what I expect from champagne. 90. — 2 months ago
