Premier Cru Pouilly Fuissé … who would have guessed? — a month ago
Cabernet dominant Bordeaux blend. Deep ruby color. Aromas of dried black cherries and currants along with notes of black licorice and wet asphalt. Blackberry, black currant and plum lead the palate with hints of tobacco, mushroom and black licorice. Long and smokey finish. Bone dry, full bodied and beautifully balanced. Ripe and concentrated. Thanks for providing this stunner, Kase! — 3 months ago

2021 vintage. Popped and tasted after 30 mins and at 58-60 degrees. Silken with creamy entrails. Not too shabby for a village bar fight. Could drink this a few times a week if demanded. 7.19.24. — 7 days ago
