Excellent texture, seemed a bit more oxidized than I would have thought given the age - not flawed in any way, just unexpected. — 6 months ago

Fresh cherry, strawberry, and cranberry with a hint of smoke. Light tannins, medium alcohol, and moderate plus acid. — 6 years ago
Good white wine option. Pineapple, vanilla and cinnamon. Great for summer. — 7 years ago
Not what I ordered (the server messed up), but it was perfect with the cassoulet. I’d happily order it again. — 7 months ago
Popped and poured. This is a bit unusual as it’s a Pinot Blanc and then even more unusual that it was released as a Special Club. The 2017 vintage may have something to do with the focus on Pinot Blanc though I have no information to back that up. Redolent of stone fruits on the nose with mostly white peach and some apricot; both mostly on the slightly underripe end of the spectrum. Lemons and chalky minerals too. Acid is medium(+?). The finish is long and slightly bitter. Pretty fun to drink and probably at its best now or over the next 5 years. Disgorged 10/2021 — 4 years ago
Rich but not over the top and not too revealing on the nose or palate. Tasty nonetheless. Maybe a little maturity to settle in. — 5 years ago
black currant, plum, dark cherry, slight spice , narrow legs , berry flavor, hint of tannins, long finish — 6 years ago
Unoaked. Crisper, a bit fruity. Nice sipping wine. — 7 years ago
Wow, this Zin is super aromatic, with fantastically pure crushed red and black fruits, some mineral, flavor profile shows lovely floral as well as the rich, deep red and black raspberry, while this wine needs further aging, it has impeccable balance and a very long, lingering finish, 13.5% ABV, 201 cases made, bravo to Joel!! — 2 months ago

This wine is a guilty pleasure. 97 degrees outside and this does the job.
