Refreshing Sancerre served with salad at Wanby Lamding, Kennebunk, ME — 6 days ago
2021 vintage. Decanted and tasted after 45 minutes. Spicy, full nose with suggestions of power. Spices coming through in the flavors with this showing a medium-heavy body currently. Some great orange peel/zest in there as well. Intense and needing 3-5 years to loosen the death grip on your palate slightly. Can see this bumping up to a 9.4 in those next 3-5 years. 6.13.24. — 25 days ago

2014 vintage. Decanted. Yes, decanted. Let this warm up a tad from the 39 degree storage. Ridiculous lemon curd, orange peel, "minerality" and just ripened Anjou pear hither and fro. Tasted 1.25 hours after decanting and slowly warming up (tasted at approx 64 degrees). Rocking now and in the zone for the next 4-5 years without difficulties/speedbumps. Phenomenal. 7.5.24. — 5 days ago
