It's got great minerality, but the grassiness is quite pronounced and is a bit much for my tastes.

27.10.2023 Sancerre Les Baronnes, the second wine tasted with my colleagues and the director (who is drinking). Emphasized by Sauvignon Blanc's history and the description of Sancerre as a place, it was surprisingly appreciated. The 2022 vintage is quite light in terms of texture, but perfectly represents the variety.
