Pale lemon with fresh fruit aromas of stone and citrus fruits with some nutty notes. On the palate flavors of apple, lime citrus and pear, big acidity, with honeysuckle notes. Medium+ finish, notes of creamy vanilla ending with smoky and flinty citrus mineral spice character. — 7 days ago
Kæmpe sommervin. Anorektisk tynd grolleau. Svævende let på tå. Ribs og helt høj syre. Ingen tanniner. Næsten Axel Prüfersk i udtrykket. — 14 days ago
Color: Deep ruby
Nose: primary; black plum, black cherry, blackberry and violet. Tertiary; smoked oak, vanilla and leather.
Mouth: dry, medium high acidity, high and soft tannins, medium alcohol, full bodied, high intensity and long finish with flavors of black cherry and black pepper.
Tertiary flavors are subtle, so it could be more complex. It's a great Brazilian wine, that shows the evolution of out wines. — 19 days ago
The wine is very dark, so inky that light does not pass through it. The nose is fresh, riddled with black and blue berries, clove, cinnamon and cedar. On the palate, the rich fruit is out front with a savory backbeat trailing behind. The tannins are firm, while the finish is long and extremely tasty. — 11 days ago
Perfect wine to celebrate the wife’s birthday this last week. Medium garnet red and clear in appearance. Well rounded nose with truffles, damp earthiness, cherries and some black berries. Medium tannins (5.5/10), balanced acidity and medium plus body. Balanced palate with tobacco, leather, earthiness, black plums and cherries. Long finish. Drink till 2027. — 12 days ago
Interesting Tuscan blend of Syrah (50%), Cabernet Franc (35%) and Petite Verdot (15%). Dark (almost purple) color. Aromas and flavors of dark berries/currants with hints of dried herbs, white pepper and a hint of dark chocolate on the medium finish. Lots of mouth watering acidity. Moderate tannins. Solid value. Something a bit different. Thank you for sharing Keith S. — 15 days ago
Vibrant, juicy, so fresh, alive!
Green apples, green grass, a hint of green apricot, some lemongrass. Highly enticing. Not flint like Sancerre, no exotic canned fruit like NZ. Fresh, green, grassy.
On the palate this has a round, slightly creamy mouthfeel but remains focused, light, appley juicy, vibrant. A slightly herby, salty bitter edge adds an interesting edge and a bit of nice complexity.
Closer to a Chenin Blanc (think Guiberteau) than a typical SB.
Slightly cloudy, incredibly drinkable.
This is a delightful discovery! — 8 days ago
