This young pup, almost drank like a new world wine. We did decant for an hour plus , but the tannins seemed so well integrated. Medium acidity and deep opaque color with notes of clove and eucalyptus on the nose with cocoa and espresso on the palate. Will age for a long time

Deep ruby coloration. On the nose, Cherry, plum, licorice, cassis. On the palate, blueberry, plum, espresso, anise, and hints of espresso and chocolate in the finish along with lasting notes of blueberry, vanilla, plum and anise. Delicious and complex.
